Shipping

Cartelago ships physical playing card orders from the United States. Shipping options and prices are shown at checkout when shipping is required for the items in your cart.

In-stock decks

In-stock physical deck orders are prepared for fulfillment after payment is received. Transit time depends on the shipping method selected at checkout and the destination address.

Preorders

Some Cartelago releases are pay-now / ship-later preorders. If a product is marked as a preorder, the product page will show the current expected ship window.

Players inventory is on hand. Orders using the "Players shipping billed later" checkout method require a separate shipping payment: the deck price does not include delivery. Cartelago emails the shipping options and payment step to your order email address before fulfillment. Already ordered? Check your order and shipping steps.

Digital magic

Digital magic does not require physical shipping. Access purchased releases in Your Magic with the Shopify customer account used at checkout. Access is browser-based; downloadable files are not included.

International orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or local charges required by their country or carrier.
