Shipping

Cartelago ships physical playing card orders from the United States. Shipping options and prices are shown at checkout when shipping is required for the items in your cart.

In-stock decks

In-stock physical deck orders are prepared for fulfillment after payment is received. Transit time depends on the shipping method selected at checkout and the destination address.

Preorders

Some Cartelago releases are pay-now / ship-later preorders. If a product is marked as a preorder, the product page will show the current expected ship window.

Players | PRE-ORDER is currently expected to ship in July 2026. Shipping is not charged at the preorder checkout step. Before fulfillment, Cartelago will email the next shipping step to the order email address.

Digital downloads

Digital magic downloads do not require shipping. Delivery details are sent to the email address used at checkout.

International orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or local charges required by their country or carrier.
